HR Consultant to Wind Asset Management Consultancy

We are growing, fast. That’s why we are looking for you to join our team and help us with a multitude of HR tasks. We are an international company working across three continents and as you will be the first dedicated HR person in PEAK Wind, you will have the opportunity to build an international HR function “from scratch”. The position can be either a part-time or full-time job.

Building an HR function in a World-leading Asset Management Company

In PEAK Wind, we work with some of the largest infrastructure investments globally together with our clients, which include market leading utilities, investment funds and suppliers. As our first employee within HR you will drive all HR related issues from business partnering to administration. As we are growing rapidly, recruitment will constitute a significant part of the job. Other responsibilities include providing expat guidance and heading internal competency development.

Leading Recruitment efforts and Implementing Company-wide HR processes

As our new HR Consultant you will report to our Finance Manager and be based at our office in Aarhus, Denmark. Your tasks will include, but is not limited to:

  • Driving company recruiting processes (incl. writing job profiles, adds and contracts);
  • Developing and retaining an international team of world-leading O&M advisors;
  • Building processes for and driving competency development activities across PEAK Wind;
  • Global responsibility for HR related compliance and policies;
  • Drafting expat terms including post-tax salary, allowance, benefits, insurance and benchmarking to local terms;
  • Implementing and managing HR specific (IT) systems and securing GDPR compliance;
  • Heading employer branding activities and Comp. & Ben.;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies concerning staff management.

International Profile with Strong Personal Traits

Preferably, you have a master’s degree within a relevant field and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience from an HR position. You have probably been working or residing in countries other than your home country and you are proficient in written and oral English. You have learned from facing personal or professional challenges in your life and you are thus able to reflect and put things into perspective.

As a seasoned recruiter you never compromise on candidate quality and you add value to hiring managers in the process. Additionally, you have experience with one or more of the tasks and responsibilities described above and you generally employ a learning mindset to your job.

In addition to your professional skills you have the following personal traits:

  • You create structure for yourself and for others;
  • You have excellent listening skills, but you firmly uphold key principles
  • You are self-confident and thrive in a fast-paced international environment
  • Your personal gravitas makes you a persuasive and compelling business partner

As we are an international company, odd working hours and some traveling activity should be expected.
