PEAK Wind Supports Skovgaard in Divestment of Odin Energy P/S Onshore Wind Portfolio

PEAK Wind takes a role as a key supporter of Skovgaard during the divestment of their onshore wind portfolio, Odin Energy P/S. The transaction marks a significant milestone in the renewable energy sector and underscores the importance of technical expertise in successful acquisitions.

PEAK Wind actively participated in the transaction process as the technical advisor for Skovgaard Energy. Through close collaboration and expert guidance, our Due Diligence & Transactional Services team provided valuable insights and support. Key focus areas included: Lifetime and Asset Integrity Assessment, Estimation of Future Power Production, Review of Historical Project Performance and Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Service Review.

Odin Energy P/S comprises 51 onshore wind turbines, with 47 located in Denmark and 4 in southern Sweden. These turbines collectively contribute 106 megawatts (MW) of clean energy capacity. By acquiring an 80% stake in Odin, Cloudberry expands its wind farm portfolio significantly.

The transaction is expected to conclude by the end of Q2 2023. PEAK Wind congratulates both parties on this successful divestment and warmly welcomes Cloudberry to the Danish renewable energy market.
