The PEAK Wind Engineering Development Programme is a two-year programme that offers the opportunity for intensive on-the-job learning within Engineering & Asset Integrity or SCADA & Cyber Security. During the programme, you will stay in the same Practice Group for you to specialise within one of these two fields. Based in one of our offices in Denmark (Copenhagen & Aarhus), Zaragoza (Spain), or Taiwan (Taipei) you can join the programme on March 1st or September 1st.
The Engineering Development Programme consists of two tracks with the purpose of shaping the future engineers of renewable energy Engineering & Asset Integrity and SCADA & Cyber Security.
In both tracks, you will work with subject matter experts, learn from the best within the renewable energy industry, and join a working environment with open and honest discussions
As you advance through the Programme, you will take on different projects within PEAK Wind, both internally and externally, which will increase in complexity and responsibility.
In our Engineering & Asset Integrity team, you will work on solving complex technical challenges in both onshore and offshore projects. You will get exposure to different phases of wind energy projects, from the development phase to the decommissioning phase.
You will take on a role as Deputy WTG Engineer or Deputy BoP Engineer, where you will learn from client consultancy work and job shadowing senior specialists within this field.
Throughout the programme, you will have a clear career track, which will shape you into a well-rounded WTG Engineer or BoP Engineer knowledgeable about technical, practical, and commercial aspects of wind farm development.
In our SCADA & Cyber Security team, you will work with the latest developments within OT, SCADA & Cyber Security to ensure the protection of our clients’ assets.
You will be involved in a wide range of client assignments, where you will work on ensuring seamless integration, operation, and cyber security of OT and SCADA systems.
During the programme, you will attend various training and work closely with our leading experts. By learning from the best in the industry, you have the chance to develop as a Specialist or Project Manager within SCADA systems or OT cyber security.
