The transaction marks a significant milestone in the renewable energy sector. PEAK Wind’s Due Diligence & Transactional Services team provided valuable insights, including assessments of lifetime and asset integrity, future power production, and wind turbine generators.
PEAK Wind now exceeds +1,500MW of wind farms under management, having secured a 5-year asset management agreement, with extension options, providing Operations and Asset Management services for the onshore wind farm Blue Cloud, located in North-West Texas.
PEAK Wind facilitated the divestment of Borkum Riffgrund I Offshore Wind Farm Stake. The transaction involved critical due diligence services, and the wind farm’s closure is expected in Q2 2022.
