Driving Sustainable Impact in Renewable Energy

PEAK Wind is deepening its commitment to sustainability. Building on our first report from 2024, we have taken a further look at how our operations impact people, the environment, and society.

Our 2025 Sustainability Report outlines the areas where we continue to drive the most value across the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) pillars. Grounded in the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), this second report builds on last year’s baseline, tracking our progress and setting a clearer direction for the years ahead.

By continuing to align our efforts with evolving regulatory standards and industry best practices, we aim to deliver long-term value for our clients, employees, investors, and the communities we serve.

Our Approach and Focus

  • Sustainability Focus and Path: Our sustainability framework spans six focus areas: Core Integrity, HSEQ, Renewables Expansion, Learning and Development, DEI, and Carbon Emissions Reduction. Each aligned with ESRS standards and UN Sustainable Development Goals. This integrated approach embeds sustainability into operations across all regions, promoting safety, transparency, and the green transition.
  • Sustainability Highlights in 2025: This year marked meaningful progress across all focus areas, including 14 new DEI initiatives and a 100% Leadership Principle rollout. A dedicated mental health hub was launched, and universal employee access to updates through PEAK Wind Digest reinforced a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Sustainability and Global Operations

  • Environmental Impact and Operational Sustainability: In 2025, we managed over 2,600 MW of wind capacity across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. A landmark milestone was Buffalo Plains, Canada's largest onshore wind farm, avoiding ~562,616 tonnes of CO₂ per year. We continued embedding sustainability services and Environmental Management Systems across managed projects.
  • GHG Emissions: Our environmental impact remains primarily driven by business travel and procurement, and in 2025 we took targeted steps to reduce it, introducing the Perk platform to encourage lower-carbon travel choices and initiating a transition roadmap toward near net-zero emissions over the medium and long term.

People and Empowerment

Corporate Culture and Business Conduct

  • Governance, Integrity, and Business Conduct: We strengthened our governance framework by updating the Code of Conduct, launching compliance training in IT Cyber Security and Privilege Blindness, and introducing a Quality Policy and revised Crisis Management Plan. Over 60 documents were reviewed in The Volt, our Integrated Management System, alongside a global visual identity audit ensuring brand consistency.
  • Inclusive Culture and Employee Engagement: The DEI Board drove progress across 14 initiatives, while the Youth Board's first Under-30 survey shaped concrete actions around onboarding, career development, and recognition. PEAK Wind Digest launched as a centralised hub ensuring all employees have consistent access to key updates.
